
Prof. Dr. Rafael de Brito Dias
Rafael de Brito Dias is a professor of the School of Applied Sciences, University of Campinas, Brazil, and currently he is advisor of International Relations at Unicamp. He works in the Interdisciplinary Graduate Program in Applied Human and Social Sciences and in the Graduate Program in Scientific and Technological Policy, both at Unicamp. He is also coordinator of the GAPI (Innovation Policy Analysis Group) at the same university. He holds a Postdoctoral internship at the Science Policy Research Unit (SPRU), University of Sussex, United Kingdom (2016), with support from CAPES. He holds a Ph.D. in Science and Technology Policy from Unicamp (2009), with an internship period at the Georgia Institute of Technology (2009), and a Master's in Science and Technological Policy from Unicamp (2005). He holds a degree in Economics from Facamp (Faculdades de Campinas, 2003). He has experience in the areas of Social Studies of Science and Technology and Policy Analysis of Science, Technology and Innovation, working mainly on the following topics: technologies for social inclusion; science, technology and power; technology and democracy; comparative science and technological policy.
