Rafael Dias is a professor of the School of Applied Sciences, University of Campinas, Brazil, where he is currently the head of the Center for Humanities and Applied Social Sciences (CHS). He holds a PhD in Science and Technology Policy (UNICAMP, 2009) and a Level 2 Productivity Scholarship from CNPq (Brazil’s National Council for Scientific and Technological Development). His research focuses on themes such as science and technology policy, policy analysis, inclusive innovations and grassroots innovations.
