Bachelor’s Degree – Graduates with a bachelor’s degree in performing arts are professionals who are familiar with the different languages of the stage and theater, as well as the various systems for generating signs in the phenomenon that is the theater. They have knowledge and mastery of techniques and methods for working with the body and voice, improvising, and creating for and acting on the stage. Their theoretical and practical background enables them to view the phenomenon that is the theater as a way of gaining a critical knowledge of reality and acting in a transformative and creative way upon it. They are qualified to work as actors, researchers and instructors in the field of performing arts (theater, dance, opera and circus) and can also, as actors, work in television and the cinema. They can also work as university lecturers.
